[Subscriptions are billed by Apple at the start of each period and renew automatically. To cancel: open the App Store, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, find Meetings Recorder, and cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.]
[If a trial is offered, the trial length is shown at checkout. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents any charge.]
[A monthly fair-use cap applies to AI calls so the service stays sustainable for all subscribers. The current cap is shown in the app under Settings → Usage. When approaching the cap, AI features may switch to a less-expensive model. The cap resets on the first day of each calendar month.]
[All refunds are handled by Apple. Submit a refund request via Apple's "Report a Problem" page or your purchase confirmation email. We cannot issue refunds directly.]
