2.1 On your device (local-only)

[Audio recordings, transcripts, meeting metadata. Stored on your Mac. Never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose AI features.]

2.2 Calendar integration

[Google Calendar / Microsoft 365 OAuth scopes used. Read-only event metadata; no event modification.]

2.3 AI features (optional, paid)

[For paid users: transcripts and chat queries are sent to OpenAI through our proxy. Retention windows. What we log (request id, token counts, cost — never the content).]

2.4 Subscription processing

[RevenueCat / Apple App Store handle billing. We receive subscription state events (purchase, renewal, cancellation) but never card data.]

3. How we use data

[Provide the service, enforce subscription limits, prevent abuse, improve product quality. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use your transcripts to train any AI model.]

4. Retention

[Local data: until you delete it. Server-side usage logs: 90 days. Subscription records: as long as required by accounting law.]
